Shipping policy

Shipping varies by product. Artwork is, unless otherwise stated, quoted on a piece by piece basis as packing requirements and dimensions vary. 

We aim to ship in 3-5 business days.

Although we do our best to ship even sooner than this window, please be aware that processing and packaging your order may take longer during peak times (e.g. Christmas). We appreciate your patience in advance!

If you need express/international shipping please email hello@cardiffmade.com and we'd be happy to help. 

Please be aware that there may be customs/duties due on your item if you are ordering from outside the UK. Cardiff MADE is not liable for these charges. 

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hrs, as we can liaise with and raise a case with the courier.
